  • Track Compatibility: Install the Master Carrier exclusively on straight Channel Curtain Track. It is not designed for use on curved track sections.
  • Rope Compatibility: Compatible with rope diameters from 3/16″ through 1/2″. Select the rope size appropriate for the curtain system’s weight and draw requirements, and ensure the rope clamps are properly sized and tightened for the rope diameter used.
  • Rope Attachment: Use the provided rope clamps to securely fasten the operating rope to the carrier. Ensure the clamps are fully tightened and the rope cannot slip under operational load.
  • Curtain Attachment: Attach the curtain to the carrier using the swivel hook and 6″ trim chain. Adjust the trim chain to achieve the correct curtain height before locking it in position. The swivel hook allows the curtain to hang freely without twisting.
  • Operation Modes: The Master Carrier is suitable for bi-part draw, one-way draw, and walk/draw operation. Confirm the intended operation mode during system setup and ensure all associated pulleys and hardware are configured accordingly.
  • Load Capacity: The Master Carrier is designed for heavier loads than a standard carrier. Refer to the system’s Carrier Capacity Information to confirm the maximum permissible load per carrier and ensure the total curtain weight is distributed appropriately across all carriers in the system.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the TPR wheels, shielded ball bearings, swivel hook, trim chain, and rope clamps for wear, damage, or loosening. Replace any carrier showing signs of wheel flat spots, bearing roughness, or structural deformation to maintain safe and smooth curtain operation.
