Low Pipe Track Bracket

At iStudio Projects, our IWEISS Low Pipe Track Bracket (Part # P309XL) is a robust I-Beam Curtain Track mounting component designed to provide easy 360-degree attachment of standard I-Beam track systems to 1-1/2″ pipe. Fabricated from 3/16″ steel plate and finished in black, the P309XL is primarily intended for attachment to the lower pipe in pipe grid systems — positioning the bottom of the curtain track below the hanging pipe for clean, accessible track installation at the lower pipe level. When used in conjunction with the Extended Pipe Track Bracket (P309XW) on upper pipes, the Low Pipe Track Bracket ensures that curtain tracks across both pipe levels are installed at a consistent, level height — enabling seamless curtain travel across multi-tier pipe grid configurations. Compact at 4-5/8″ x 3″ x 4-5/8″ and weighing just 1.2 lbs, it delivers reliable performance with minimal profile.

Product Description

The Low Pipe Track Bracket creates easy 360 degree mounting of standard I-Beam track systems to 11⁄2” pipe. Primarily intended to attach to the lower pipe on pipe grid systems, this arrangement allows for the bottom of curtain track systems to be installed below the hanging pipe. Bracket has a black finish.

N/A

  • Pipe Compatibility: This bracket is designed exclusively for 1-1/2″ pipe. Do not use with pipes of a different diameter as it will result in an insecure or misaligned connection.
  • Primary Application: Install on the lower pipe of a pipe grid system to mount I-Beam curtain track below the hanging pipe level. This positions the track correctly for alignment with upper pipe tracks when the Extended Pipe Track Bracket (P309XW) is used on upper pipes.
  • 360-Degree Mounting: The bracket allows full 360-degree rotation around the pipe before final fastening. Adjust the track orientation as needed to achieve proper alignment before tightening all fasteners.
  • Track Alignment: Verify that tracks mounted on lower pipes using the P309XL are level and co-planar with tracks on upper pipes using the P309XW. Misalignment between levels will cause carrier binding and uneven curtain travel across the system.
  • Fastening: Tighten all bracket fasteners fully and evenly once the correct track orientation and alignment have been confirmed. Check that the bracket cannot rotate or shift on the pipe after installation.
  • Load Capacity: Ensure the supporting pipe and overall pipe grid structure are rated to carry the combined load of the bracket, track, carriers, and curtain system. Consult the system’s Carrier Capacity Information for specific load requirements.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the bracket and fasteners for loosening, corrosion, or deformation. Re-tighten or replace as needed to maintain secure track mounting and proper alignment.
