High Pipe Track Bracket

At iStudio Projects, our IWEISS Extended Pipe Track Bracket (Part # P309XW) is a purpose-built I-Beam Curtain Track mounting component designed to provide easy 360-degree attachment of a standard I-Beam track system to 1-1/2″ pipe. Fabricated from 3/16″ steel plate with a welded square tube construction and finished in black, the P309XW is primarily intended for attachment to the upper pipe in pipe grid systems — allowing the bottom of the curtain track to sit just 4-7/8″ below the hanging pipe. This carefully engineered drop distance ensures that tracks mounted on upper pipes align level with tracks on lower pipes when using a low pipe track bracket, enabling seamless, consistent curtain track installation across multi-level pipe grid configurations. With a load rating of 1,000 lbs and a compact footprint of 4-1/2″w x 4-7/8″h x 4-7/8″l, the P309XW delivers strength and precision in a lightweight 1.2 lb package.

  • Pipe Compatibility: This bracket is designed specifically for attachment to 1-1/2″ pipe. Do not use with pipes of a different diameter as it may result in an insecure or misaligned connection.
  • Primary Application: Install the Extended Pipe Track Bracket on the upper pipe of a pipe grid system to mount I-Beam curtain track. This positions the bottom of the track 4-7/8″ below the hanging pipe, aligning it with tracks mounted on lower pipes using a low pipe track bracket.
  • 360-Degree Mounting: The bracket supports full 360-degree rotation around the pipe before fastening, allowing precise track orientation adjustment during installation. Set the correct orientation before tightening all fasteners.
  • Track Alignment: When used alongside low pipe track brackets, verify that all track sections are level and co-planar across the full system before finalizing installation. Misalignment between upper and lower pipe tracks will cause carrier binding and uneven curtain travel.
  • Load Rating: The Working Load Limit is 1,000 lbs. Do not exceed this rating. Ensure the supporting pipe and overall pipe grid structure are rated to carry the combined load of the bracket, track, and curtain system.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the bracket for loosening, corrosion, or structural deformation. Re-tighten all fasteners as needed and replace any bracket showing signs of damage or wear.
