Constructed from 12-gauge zinced formed steel, this clamp hanger consists of a pair of formed steel plates that bolt together directly above the top of the track, providing a secure grip without interfering with curtain carrier travel. A built-in suspension hole above the bolted connection allows for independent hanging from overhead structure or attachment to a pipe support, offering flexible installation options across a wide range of venue configurations. Lightweight at just 0.8 lbs and compact at 2″w x 5-3/4″h, the IWC06 can be positioned anywhere along the track’s length and spaced according to the system’s weight requirements — with a maximum recommended spacing of 7′-0″ between hangers.

Product Description

The IWEISS Channel Track Clamp Hanger is a pair of formed steel plates that bolt together above the top of the track. There is a hole provided above the bolted connection for independent suspension of track or attachment of track to pipe support. Hanger can be mounted anywhere along the track’s length without impeding travel and is spaced based on the system’s weight requirements.

  • Positioning: The Clamp Hanger can be mounted at any point along the length of the Channel Curtain Track without impeding the travel of curtain carriers. Position hangers based on the weight distribution and load requirements of the specific curtain system.
  • Maximum Spacing: Do not exceed 7′-0″ between hanger locations. Exceeding this spacing may result in track deflection, sagging, or system failure under load.
  • Installation: Bolt the two formed steel plates together firmly above the top of the track. Ensure both plates are properly aligned and fully tightened to prevent movement or slippage along the track.
  • Suspension: Use the provided hole above the bolted connection to attach the hanger to overhead structure for independent track suspension, or connect to a pipe support as part of a larger curtain track assembly. Ensure the overhead attachment point is rated to support the total system load.
  • Load Rating: System load capacity is governed by the Carrier Capacity Information for the specific curtain track system in use. Do not exceed the rated capacity of the overall track and carrier assembly.
  • Inspection: Periodically check that all bolted connections remain tight and that the hanger is securely attached to both the track and the overhead support. Re-tighten or reposition as needed to maintain proper track alignment and safe operation.
