N/A

  • Rope Compatibility: Use only 3/8″ rope with this floor block. Do not use rope of a different diameter as it may cause misalignment or premature wear on the sheave.
  • Track Compatibility: This floor block is designed exclusively for use with Channel Track assemblies. It is compatible with both straight and curved track configurations for bi-part or one-way draw curtain systems.
  • Vertical Adjustment: The unit provides 9″ of vertical adjustment. Set the height to ensure the rope runs in proper alignment with the track and other pulleys before securing the block in its final position.
  • Mounting: Mount the steel housing securely to the floor at the appropriate position along the curtain track layout. Ensure the mounting surface is level and capable of supporting the operational load of the rope and curtain system.
  • Alignment: Verify that the sheave is properly aligned with the rope path and the track above. Misalignment can cause rope wear, increased friction, or system failure.
  • Maintenance: The sealed ball bearings are designed for low-maintenance operation. Periodically inspect the sheave and bearings for wear, debris, or damage and replace if necessary to maintain smooth operation.
