Our floor block is installed on the bottom of the counterweight system, below the arbor to redirect the purchase line through the rope lock and up over the head block. Typically, the floor block is free-floating within the guide track to maintain proper tension on the purchase line. Our floor blocks may be floor mounted, include Nylatron sheaves (steel sheaves are optional), and grooved for the hand-operated purchase line used in your system. All our blocks are engineered with an 8:1 design factor and conform to ANSI standards for manual and motorized rigging. Made to last, our components are comprised of durable, heavy-duty materials.
